| Description: | Meet at 11:30 a.m. at La Union for a hot but fun tour of Hwy 28 wineries. We'll ride up to Rio Grande Winery just south of Mesilla, then return stopping for ice cream at Stahmann's, more wine tasting at La Vina and Zin Valle, then return to La Union Station for their summer music fest. Support vehicle will carry any wine purchases, plus plenty of cold water (and rider relief for those who need a break). 50 miles, moderate pace with four long rest stops. Ride will last about 5 1/2 hours Riders encouraged to stay afterward for food and music. Tastings cost $5 at Rio Grande (free with purchase) and $5 at La Vina, free at Zin Valle.
