Follow this 50 mile loop around the perimeter of the Frankin Mountains. Moderate climbs over Anthony Gap, up Magnetic and Alabama Avenue and finally over Scenic Drive. This ride is probably best done on Sunday mornings when the City of El Paso closes Scenic Drive to motor vehicles for Cyclovia and there is less traffic on Mesa. The club starts the ride from Powershots on Resler Drive but since it is a full loop you can start anywhere along the route.
